Catherine, The Duchess of Cambridge or simply 'Kate Middleton' has cemented the McQueen brand as one of the best in the fashion world by choosing the fashion house to design her wedding dress. Her dress was stunning but it would have been even better if Kate chose one of the vintage designs.
Starting today, there is a McQueen exhibition which opens at 10 AM at the Metropolitan Museum of Art’s Costume Institute in New York City. The exhibition, called “Alexander McQueen: Savage Beauty” includes over 100 eclectic pieces from the late designer's archives spanning from 1992 to his last Angels & Demons collection which premiered after his February 2010 death. The exhibition will run until July 31, 2011 so if you're in the area, make sure you check out these interesting one of a kind pieces.
